余睿女士自 2024 年 6 月起担任公司首席财务官。此外，余睿女士自 2021 年 5 月起担任海松资本医疗保健业务合伙人，负责制定医疗保健领域的整体投资策略。在此之前，余睿女士曾于 2014 年至 2021 年任职于华兴资本（China Renaissance），先后担任 CR Life Star Fund 合伙人及华兴资本医疗与生命科技组董事总经理。在此期间，她主导了近 30 个知名公司的私募融资和股权投资项目，其中多个项目成功上市，总交易额超过 30 亿美元。此前，她还曾在美国格理集团担任副总裁、研究部负责人兼中国医疗保健业务负责人，积累了深厚的行业资源。
余睿女士在美国工作十余年，拥有多元化的职业背景。她曾担任德意志银行（Deutsche Bank）等知名投行的美国医疗行业股票分析师，专注于美国生命科技公司的股票研究，并曾在全球顶尖药企 —— 美国基因泰克公司（Genentech）研发部任职五年，担任医药研究员。
余睿女士依次拥有芝加哥大学布斯商学院 MBA 学位、密苏里大学药理学硕士学位及广东药科大学药学学士学位。
Rachel Yu
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Rachel Yu has served as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company since June 2024. In addition, Ms. Yu has been a Partner of the Healthcare Practice at Oceanpine Capital since May 2021, where she is responsible for formulating the overall investment strategy for the healthcare sector.
Prior to that, from 2014 to 2021, Ms. Yu worked at China Renaissance, serving successively as Partner of CR Life Star Fund and Managing Director of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Group. During her tenure, she led nearly 30 private financing and equity investment projects for well-known companies, many of which were successfully listed, with total transaction value exceeding US$3 billion. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President, Head of Research and Head of China Healthcare at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) in the U.S., accumulating extensive industry resources. Ms. Yu has over a decade of work experience in the United States with a diversified professional background. She served as a U.S. healthcare equity analyst at leading investment banks including Deutsche Bank, focusing on equity research of U.S. life sciences companies. She also spent five years as a Pharmaceutical Researcher in the R&D department of Genentech, a world-leading pharmaceutical company.
Ms. Yu received her BSc from Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, her MSc from The University of Missouri School of Medicine, and her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance, accounting and entrepreneurship.
